If we still like them at the end of the year, I'll be purchasing 6-10 more this summer. My teachers like them and they are not as noisy as the Bretford stations. However, as I said, Griffin could design the station differently.īesides cord ugliness, it does look good and so far works well. I see that Griffin makes some, I will try them. We haven't found lightweight cables that work great. For those that are pay-per-use, the average cost is 1.00/Hour or 2.50/Charge. I know I can buy shorter cords, but I have a 5 port Griffin Multidock at home with the same issue. Griffin needs to work on that part of the design. Buy Griffin Multidock - 10 Port USB Charge and Sync Station - Secure Lockable Storage for multiple iPads, iPhones, Galaxy Tab, and other smartphones and tablets 10 Watts per bay with fast shipping and top-rated customer service. The only drawback is the cord spaghetti that is created. We have been using the Griffin for almost two months and so far, so good. With each server-esque tower measuring up at 18.6 inches (47.2 cm) tall and priced even higher at 700, this one's for IT pros and Scrabble aficionados only. Anyway, I have been looking for a good alternative that also has some style. ![]() ![]() I had been buying the stations from Bretford, but we recently had such a bad experience with Bretford that I will NEVER purchase from them again (and I currently have 16 iPad stations and 4 carts from Bretford). ![]() We are using two of these in our K-2 school. Griffin MultiDock 3 (10-Bay) Docking Station (GP-073-BLK-INT) at great prices.
